Under these extraordinary circumstances we are working to quickly prepare ourselves for a potential escalation of the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Our guiding principle is that the health and well-being of our customers, employees, suppliers, and partners are of primary importance.

As of today, Xcentric is operating nominally with no disruptions to our production or supply chain, even as we take additional steps to protect the health of our production team members. We will notify you as proactively as possible if there are any changes or foreseen delays in completing your projects. 

To reduce the potential for the spread of the virus in our organization, many of our front office, sales, marketing, design, and customer support employees will be working remotely. Likewise, all customer visits to Xcentric’s facilities are being suspended, and our sales team will not be traveling for planned meetings. If you had a planned visit with us or a meeting at your facility, your Xcentric Sales Team Member will be contacting you shortly about converting your meeting to a video or audio conference. Our team is fully able to support current and upcoming projects.
